The Force Agency co-lead the creative team that developed the name, ethos and rollout branding for Pointe-Marie, a mixed-use development that would be built on a nearly 120-acre strip connecting Nicholson Drive and River Road, across from Innovation Park Drive. The development will have 565 single-family residential units, a village center with 285 multi-family units and 275,000 square feet of retail and commercial office space and a motor coach square with 236 lots. The development contains a mix of amenities, from a village square and film production offices, to a dog park and sports fields.
